Ponsonby Store Manager

Join the KS team! Renowned New Zealand Designer Kate Sylvester has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, and dynamic manager to join the Kate Sylvester retail team. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate strong initiative, cultivate a strong team environment, and have the ability to achieve and exceed sales budgets. Excellent communication and customer service skills, a friendly demeanour along with a passion for the Kate Sylvester brand are a must.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Nurturing and encouraging client growth
  • Driving sales team to achieve set goals
  • Cultivating a strong team environment
  • Store Visual Merchandising
  • Ensuring the store and your staff are representing the brand at a high level at all times

The Successful Applicant will have:
