E-Commerce & Digital Manager

A rare opportunity has opened for an experienced E-Commerce & Digital Manager to join the Kate Sylvester team. This role will be a crucial part of our global fashion business based in Auckland, managing Kate Sylvester’s local and global website and digital experience.

The candidate needs to be dynamic, focused and thrive in a fast-paced environment.  This is a dynamic and varied role, which will see you implementing the online sales strategy, driving continuous improvement to the content and design of the website and create a seamless customer experience.

The right candidate will have a proven track record in driving successful E-Commerce and digital activities and will work closely with senior management to drive growth and create a luxury experience for our online customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Kate Sylvester E-Commerce sales channels & digital platforms.
  • Managing the seasonal critical path.
  • Leading E-Commerce development projects.
  • Managing the email marketing, digital marketing & social media strategy.
  • Analysing and reporting on the E-Commerce performance.
  • Managing the Customer Relationship Specialist.

Personal Skills:

  • Min 3 years’ experience in a direct-to-consumer E-Commerce role
  • Fashion industry experience is an advantage
  • Passionate about retail, social media and E-Commerce.
  • Proficient in:    
    • Google Analytics
    • Shopify Plus
    • Klayvio
    • Facebook & Google ad campaign management
  • Highly analytical and data-driven
  • Has a meticulous eye for detail

Production Manager – Parental Leave Cover

Join the team of one of New Zealand’s most iconic and influential brands.

We are searching for an experienced Production Manager to lead our close-knit production and distribution team on a 12-month parental cover, commencing August 2022.

In this role you will manage and drive the production critical path, from initial RM procurement, through to delivery to our retail stores and wholesale accounts.  You are a highly organised, results driven individual who loves a challenge and who isn’t afraid to get stuck into the nitty gritty.  

You will be working with an amazing cross-functional team across multiple product categories, as well as an incredible extended family of local cutters, makers, and finishers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a superstar production and distribution team.
  • Establishing and managing the seasonal production critical path.
  • Driving quality control standards.
  • Ordering and tracking bulk raw materials.
  • Generating production costings and monitoring production spend.
  • Co-ordinating the distribution of finished goods to wholesalers and retail stores.

What you need to bring to the table: 

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • An eye for detail and a meticulous way of working.
  • An aptitude for problem-solving.
  • The desire to tackle challenges head on.
  • Amazing communication skills, and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
