The team of acclaimed New Zealand designer Kate Sylvester is thrilled to announce the launch of an exciting new venture opening in April 2025. We're seeking two experienced and dynamic Store Managers to oversee the daily operations and management of our Christchurch and Wellington CBD stores. Our ideal candidates will demonstrate strong initiative, cultivate a strong team environment, and have the ability to achieve and exceed sales budgets. Excellent communication and customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for the fashion industry are a must.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Nurturing and encouraging client growth
- Driving sales team to achieve set goals
- Cultivating a strong team environment
- Store Visual Merchandising
- Ensuring the store and your staff are representing the brand at a high level at all times
The Successful Applicant will have:
- An ambitious attitude and ability to drive sales
- Management experience with a fashion retail background
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management and be highly organised
