Kate Sylvester offers a complimentary repairs service on any garment from any time or season. Pop into your closest Kate Sylvester store and our team will talk you through your options.

Minor Repairs include:

• Lining repairs
• Missing Buttons
• Seam stitching – hems or top stitching
• Binding repair
• Broken Zips
• Reattaching labels
• Reinforcing seams

We cannot repair:

• Holes
• Fabric Flaws
• Pills / Pulls
• Marked / Stained Items

This service applies to Kate Sylvester clothing only, excludes footwear and accessories. Please ensure your item is cleaned prior to bringing into store.

UPCYCLING

Upcycling is a creative way for our team to give old garments and fabric a new lease of life and keep our clothing in use for longer. Releasing several times a year, our Upcycling capsule collections take past season dead stock or past season fabric or flawed garments and reimagine them into completely new items.

RELOVED

Kate Sylvester’s Reloved platform that has been giving new life to preloved Kate Sylvester garments since August 2019. Reloved extends the use of garments by giving old favourites a new lease of life by getting them out of the back of closets and into new loving homes. List your items here.

KS RECYCLE

If a once-beloved KS garment has come to the end of its life, return your garment to your closest Kate Sylvester retail store. For every item returned we will load a $10 credit on to your account to use on future KS purchases. We will keep this garment out of landfill by recycling it with our partner Upparel, who divert 100% of textile waste from landfill into recycled homewares, furniture and construction items.
