In celebration of 30 years of Kate Sylvester, we've partnered with our friends at Huia Vineyards to create a special anniversary edition of Huia's Sparkling Blanc de Blanc.

Adorned with an iconic Doily print from our 2000 collection, this design was inspired by Graham Greene's novel Brighton Rock which juxtaposes innocence and evil. Kate used the doily print to represent the innocence of waitress Rose who is seduced by the gangster Pinkie in 1930s Brighton.
